In order to confirm a reservation you must pay 20% of it in the account number indicated below or via credit card. The reserve will be maintained 48 hours after it was made, being canceled if no such period is paid on 20% of the reserve by the methods indicated.
Cancellation of a reservation shall entitle to a refund of 100% if it communicating with three weeks before the date of arrival will be refunded 50% if done within three weeks in advance, and 25% if canceled one week before arrival.
The rest of the booking must be paid upon delivery of the keys to the property along with a deposit of 100 €, which is returned at the end of the stay, as long as the house is left in the same condition it was received.
The arrival at the accommodation must be from 1 pm, and departure before 12 am on day of departure.
Booking implies acceptance of the above.
